What it is

A facial for the skin we forget.

Back skin is, in many ways, more challenging than facial skin. Larger pores, denser oil glands, friction from clothing, sweat, and the simple fact that we can't easily reach to care for it ourselves — all combine to make the back a quietly common site for blemishes and congestion.

Our back facial brings the same considered approach we use on the face to a part of the body that rarely gets it. Thorough cleansing, targeted treatment, careful extraction where appropriate, and a calming finish — applied with the same intention as a facial treatment.

It's a working facial — a quiet difference for clients who've been struggling with back skin in private — and a beautiful pre-event option for backless dresses and summer plans.

What it's for

Where the back facial does its work.

This facial is purpose-built for back skin. It addresses what the back is actually asking for, not what we'd treat on the face.

01

Back blemishes & congestion

The recurring breakouts and bumps that home care alone can't reach. Targeted active products and careful extraction address both.

02

Pre-event preparation

Two to three weeks out from a wedding, milestone, or summer occasion. The back smoother, calmer, and quietly clearer.

03

Post-summer recovery

After months of sun, sweat, and ocean. A reset that calms the surface and clears the residual congestion.

What to expect

A thorough, gentle 60 minutes.

Back facials are calmer than people expect — the work is real, the experience is restorative.

01

The consultation

Brief skin history and a careful look. Back skin can mean different things — we identify what's actually going on, and adjust the protocol accordingly.

02

The treatment

About 60 minutes. Thorough double cleanse, decongesting steam phase, careful extraction where needed, layered active treatment, soothing mask, and a calming finish. You'll be lying face-down on a heated bed for most of the session.

03

The aftercare

Mild redness across extracted areas for a few hours. Simple home guidance — non-restrictive clothing for the rest of the day, gentle cleansing, daily SPF for any sun-exposed areas.

Frequency & rhythm

A clearing rhythm, then maintenance.

For active congestion or recurring blemishes, four to six weekly sessions tend to make the difference. Once the skin has settled, maintenance every six to eight weeks works well.

It's also a one-off treatment with real impact — particularly useful before a meaningful occasion or at the start of summer.

We always pair the in-clinic work with simple home support. The right back-care routine is at least half the work, and we'll set it up properly.

Suitability

Back skin needs the same care your face does — done by someone who can actually reach.

The back facial suits most adult skin. Severe cystic acne, recent procedures, and certain medications change the plan. We always assess at the consultation and adjust the protocol where needed.
