MD Retiflash is the Mesoestetic answer to a question many clients ask: how do I get retinol-level renewal without a week of social downtime? It's a flash treatment — concentrated retinol applied at clinical strength, calibrated for the skin's tolerance, with the actives delivered in a single session.
The Mesoestetic sits at the targeted, results-led end of professional peeling. The formulations are precise, the chemistry is sophisticated, and each one is designed for a specific concern. Retiflash is the renewal protocol — built for fine lines, dullness, and the tired skin that's ready for change without disruption.
The active phase is brief: 24 to 72 hours of subtle skin response, often with mild flaking, after which the skin looks brighter, smoother, and more itself.
This is a renewal-focused treatment. The MD Series is purposeful, and Retiflash is built for a specific job.

Skin that's lost its responsiveness — looks flat, doesn't hold hydration, isn't keeping pace with home care. Retiflash resets the rhythm.
Two to three weeks out from a meaningful occasion. The settled-in glow afterwards is one of our quiet favourites.
Retiflash is calmer in the room than people expect, and more active in the days after.
We look at the skin in detail, talk about your renewal goals and current routine, and discuss whether you'd benefit from a few weeks of preparation before the first session — particularly if you're new to retinol.
About 60 minutes. Thorough cleanse, prep, and a careful layered application. The Retiflash mask remains on the skin for an extended period — we'll guide the exact protocol — to allow full active absorption.
Mild flaking and tightness from day two through day four, sometimes longer. Strict sun protection, gentle cleansing, no actives at home until cleared. We share a simple protocol and check in through the week.
A course is typically three sessions, three to four weeks apart. Retiflash compounds — each session builds on the last, with the most visible change usually around the four-to-six week mark.
After the initial course, maintenance is usually one to two sessions a year, often timed for autumn or winter.
It pairs well with our microneedling programme on alternating visits, for clients building a layered, long-term renewal plan.
Retiflash suits most adult skin with renewal goals. Pregnancy, recent procedures, certain medications, and very reactive skin change the plan. We'll always say so if a different starting point would suit your skin today.
Retiflash often sits within a longer renewal plan — these are the most common pairings.
