The consultation
We look at the skin in detail, talk about your renewal goals and current routine, and discuss whether you'd benefit from a few weeks of preparation before the first session – particularly if you're new to retinol.

The treatment
Thorough cleanse, prep, and a careful layered application. The Retiflash mask remains on the skin for an extended period – we'll guide the exact protocol – to allow full active absorption.

The aftercare
Mild flaking and tightness from day two through day four, sometimes longer. Strict sun protection, gentle cleansing, no actives at home until cleared. We share a simple protocol and check in through the week.
Frequency & rhythm
Steady pacing, then seasonal upkeep.
Treatments are spaced two to four weeks apart. Retiflash compounds – each session builds on the last, with the most visible change usually around the four-to-six week mark.
From there, maintenance is usually once or twice a year, often timed for autumn or winter.
It pairs well with our microneedling programme on alternating visits, for clients building a layered, long-term renewal plan.

Retiflash suits most adult skin with renewal goals. Pregnancy, recent procedures, certain medications, and very reactive skin change the plan. We'll always say so if a different starting point would suit your skin today.
