Pigmentation & tone
Melasma, sun damage, post-acne marks, uneven tone. Our targeted peels (Mesoestetic Melanostop, Lamelle Rice Bran AO) are particularly effective here, worked through over a careful course.
A medical-grade peel matched to your skin and your concern. Worked through carefully, never rushed.
Start with a conversation
A chemical peel is a precise resurfacing treatment — a careful blend of acids and active ingredients that lifts the upper layers of skin and prompts the deeper layers to renew. It's one of the oldest medical-aesthetic treatments, and still one of the most effective for specific concerns: pigmentation, blemish-prone skin, ageing, texture.
We work with two professional ranges. Lamelle is proudly South African, medical-grade — gentle, precise, and well-suited to the gradual reset most skins prefer. Mesoestetic is Spanish, medical-grade, and the source of our more targeted peel work — MD Retiflash (their MD Series), Melanostop Tran3x, Jessner PRO and Eyecon. The right peel for you depends on your skin and your concern.
The depth and chemistry are decided together. We start gentle and build, never the other way around. A peel should feel like a careful conversation with your skin, not a chemical assault.
Peels are concern-led. We choose the chemistry and depth based on what your skin is asking for — not the other way around. These are the most common reasons clients come to us for a peel.

Active blemishes, congestion, post-inflammatory marks, oily and reactive skin. Lamelle AzeAc and Beta Peel 15% are formulated specifically for this — calming while they clear.
Fine lines, surface texture, loss of glow. Retinoid-based peels (Mesoestetic Retiflash, Lamelle Retistore) prompt renewal at depth without the downtime of more aggressive resurfacing.
Peels need careful preparation and careful aftercare. We take both seriously. The treatment itself is the smallest part of the process — the conversation around it is where the work happens.
We take a full history, look carefully at your skin, and discuss what you'd love for it to do. For first-time peels we usually patch-test before booking the full session, so we know exactly how your skin will respond.
Typically 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the peel — beginning with a thorough cleanse and prep. The peel itself is applied in measured layers, with cooling between as needed. You may feel a tingle, a warmth, or nothing at all — depending on the chemistry and your skin.
The first 48 – 72 hours are the most important. Strict sun protection. No retinoids or active acids at home. Gentle cleansing only. Most clients see some lifting or flaking by day three or four — that's the renewal happening. We send you home with a clear protocol.
For meaningful change, we typically work through a course — three to six sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart, depending on the chemistry and your skin's response. Maintenance after that is usually a single peel every two to three months, or aligned with the seasons.
For complex concerns — combined pigmentation and ageing, for example — we sometimes alternate peels with microneedling or our H2Glow facial across the course. The plan is built for your skin, not from a template.
Course pricing is discussed at the consultation, once we know which range and depth suits you.
Some skin types, conditions, and medications ask for a different approach. Pregnancy, certain photosensitizing medications, recent procedures, and very reactive skin all change the plan. We patch-test, take a careful history, and only proceed when we're certain. If a peel isn't right for you that day, we'll say so — and offer something that is.
Peels often sit within a broader plan. These three are the most common pairings — discussed at consultation if your skin is asking for more than a single approach.
For deeper renewal and texture. Pairs beautifully with peels in advanced courses — alternated, never on the same day.
An ideal calming treatment between peels. Hydrates, soothes, and supports recovery without interfering with the peel cycle.
A gentler mechanical alternative for skin that isn't quite ready for chemistry. Often a stepping stone to a peel course.

The first appointment is a conversation. We'll look carefully at your skin, talk through what you'd love for it, and choose the peel — or the plan — that suits.
