Crepiness & texture
The fine, papery texture that develops on the chest and lower neck. Microneedling stimulates collagen exactly where it's thinned, with gentle, lasting results.
The same precise needling that renews the face, extended through the neck and chest — where the skin is thinner, often less cared for, and quietly tells the most.
Start with a conversationMicroneedling on the face is well understood. The neck and décolletage are often the skin we forget — yet they're frequently the first to show sun, dehydration, and time. The skin there is thinner, with fewer oil glands, and asks for the same renewal the face receives.
This extended session uses the same Dermapen device, same gold-standard precision, same controlled depth — applied as one continuous treatment from the jawline through to the chest. We adjust depth and rhythm as we move across the areas, because each zone has its own needs.
The result, over a course, is a quiet harmony — the chest catching up to the face. Softer texture, more even tone, skin that looks of a piece.
The neck and décolletage are sun-exposed daily and rarely treated with the same care as the face. These are the concerns the extended session is designed for.

Sun spots, redness, and the patchy unevenness that years of summer leave behind. Renewal at depth softens what the surface alone can't.
For clients already in a microneedling course, extending to the chest creates a single, quietly even result — instead of a refreshed face above an untreated neck.
The flow is the same as our face-and-neck microneedling, with the additional area folded in. The session is calm, measured, and never rushed.
We look at your skin across all three zones, talk through your history and what you'd love for it, and agree on a depth and a course. If your chest needs a different rhythm than your face, we plan it that way.
A topical numbing is applied first. We work through face, neck, then décolletage, adjusting depth as we move. Most clients describe the sensation as a quiet hum.
Soft flush across all three areas for 24 – 48 hours, settling by day three or four. The chest sometimes takes a day longer than the face. We send you home with the same simple, clear protocol.
The chest responds more slowly than the face, so a course is usually the right approach — three sessions, four weeks apart, to give the deeper layers time to renew.
Many clients prefer to begin with a face-and-neck course, then add the décolletage on the second or third round once they're confident in the rhythm. Both approaches are good — we'll talk through what suits.
After the initial course, maintenance is usually a single session every three to six months.
Microneedling suits most skin types and tones, with adjustments made for sensitivity, recent sun exposure, and any active blemishes or rashes on the chest. Pregnancy is a contraindication. We discuss all of this at the consultation, and if a different starting point would suit, we'll say so.
The extended session sits comfortably alongside calmer treatments between rounds. These are the most common pairings.
The shorter, focused version of the same treatment — for clients beginning a course before extending to the chest.
A gentle hydrating treatment between needling sessions — calming and luminous, with no impact on the renewal cycle.
A light-only session that quietly supports collagen and calms inflammation. Often paired with needling for combined renewal.

The first appointment is a conversation. We'll look at all three areas, listen to what you'd love for them, and build the right rhythm together.
