Lines, ageing, firmness
Fine lines, early signs of ageing, loss of elasticity. Microneedling stimulates the skin's own production of collagen and elastin, which are exactly what soften these signs over time.
A precise, controlled invitation for your skin to renew itself — for fine lines, scarring, texture and tone.
Start with a conversation
Microneedling, at its simplest, is the practice of inviting your skin to repair and rebuild itself — but on your timeline. Fine, controlled needles create micro-pathways through the upper layers. Your skin reads these as signals, and responds by producing the things that make skin look and feel younger: collagen, elastin, and fresh tissue.
We use the Dermapen device — the precise, automated tool that's become the gold standard for clinical microneedling. Unlike rollers or DIY tools, Dermapen controls the depth and rhythm of each pathway exactly. So the treatment is consistent across your face and neck, and tailored to what your skin can take that day.
The result, over time, is a slow and visible shift: smoother texture, softer fine lines, more even tone, and skin that looks more itself. Not a transformation. A return.
Microneedling is renewal, not resurfacing. It's gentle on the surface but works in the deeper layers — which makes it suitable for most skin types and tones, including darker skin where some other resurfacing treatments need a quieter hand.

Uneven texture, post-acne scarring, shallow scars, stretch marks. The micro-pathways prompt the skin to remodel itself in those areas — gradually, but lastingly.
Uneven tone, sun damage, dull or stagnant skin. Renewal at depth lifts the surface in a way no topical can match — and the result feels like your own skin, brighter.
Every microneedling course begins with a thoughtful first visit. The treatment itself is calm and quiet. The aftercare is simple. Here's the rhythm.
We look at your skin, talk through your history, and listen to what you'd love for it to feel and look like. From there we agree on a depth, a course of sessions, and what we're working towards. There's no rush, no upselling, and no script.
We cleanse, then apply a topical numbing so the needling is comfortable rather than uncomfortable. Many clients describe it as a hum rather than a sting — a quiet, unhurried hour.
For the first 24 – 48 hours, your skin will look softly flushed — like a gentle sunburn — possibly with a few pinpoint marks. By day three or four, the redness has settled and you'll begin to feel the texture changes. We send you home with a simple protocol: what to use, what to avoid, when to come back.
One session lifts the surface. Three sessions, properly spaced, change the underlying skin.
The ideal rhythm is three sessions, four weeks apart. Your skin needs that time between to renew. After the initial course, many clients return every three to six months for maintenance — depending on what their skin is asking for.
If you'd like the full course at a meaningful saving, our Glow Starter package bundles three sessions for R5,900 — a saving of R700.
Microneedling suits most skin types, tones, and adults over 18. Some conditions and medications ask for a quieter approach, and pregnancy is a contraindication. We talk through all of this with you, and if a different treatment would suit you better, we'll say so.
Microneedling sits at the centre of many intentional skin plans. These three treatments are the ones most often paired with it — discussed at your consultation if relevant.
Our signature hydration treatment. An ideal recovery and refresh between needling sessions — soft, calming, luminous from the moment you leave.
Pairs beautifully with needling for advanced concerns — pigmentation, texture, deeper renewal. Discussed if your plan calls for it.
A gentler entry point for skin new to professional treatments. Works on the surface where microneedling works at depth.
